Support and getting help
One address reaches Potloc’s support team for everything on the platform:
Write in English or French. Write from the email address on your Potloc account when the request touches the account itself.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”For a question about a survey or a report:
- the link to the page you were on (a survey, a report or a board URL is the fastest way for us to find it);
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- a screenshot if the problem is visual, and roughly when it happened.
For a problem signing in, say which method you were using: password, Google, Microsoft or your organisation’s single sign-on. Never include a password.
