Overview
The Potloc platform at app.potloc.com is where your surveys live: the questionnaire, the sample
as it fills, the results, and the reports built on them. Potloc runs the fieldwork. You and your
team read, analyse and share what comes back.
This section covers what is true no matter how you reach Potloc: from a browser, from an AI assistant connected over MCP, or from a report link a colleague sent you. Everything specific to the MCP server is in the MCP section.

One account, every surface
Section titled “One account, every surface”You have one Potloc account and it is the same everywhere. Signing in on the platform signs you in for the MCP server, and the surveys you can open in a browser are the ones an assistant connected as you can read. What you may do on a survey is a role granted on that survey. Nothing is granted account-wide.
